Poetic Fools prides itself on being made up of a diverse group of creatives with a broad range of expertise and opinions on Theatre. The one thing we all share however is a passion for storytelling. Working on Theatre with Poetic Fools is a collaborative process where everyone tends to bring something different to rehearsal, but ultimately works as a united force to tell a story. Members expertise range from Acting, to Le Coq and Clown to even Philosophy. We strongly believe this gives a vibrancy and freshness to the work.
The creators of the company Kamil and Jack came up with the idea over lunch in a KFC; they were discussing an idea for a play which would later manifest itself as "DisillusionIllusion". Having known each other well from training together both of them respected the other for the visible passion they both shared for Theatre. To cut a long story short one thing lead to another and Poetic Fools was born. Now you are here reading this right now.
